For some people this exchange is good. I prefer some other exchanges, like Kraken or Binance. They have so many problems with coin delisting and communication.
I find Cryptopia very friendly, with lots of coins and an interesting platform. Unfortunately, this is not the best exchange, because they don’t resolve any issue and the response time is very high. Also, if you want to withdraw your money you should pay considerable fees.
